Terms of service

These terms govern the use of CX LMS, a training platform made by Capability X. By using the service you agree to them. The short version: use it for training your people, treat it honestly, and we will do the same.
The service
CX LMS hosts your organization’s courses, tracks completions and issues certificates. Your organization gets its own portal at its own address, administered by people your organization chooses.
Accounts
Accounts are personal. Keep your password to yourself, and tell your administrator if you think someone else has used your account. Administrators are responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of what they upload.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for training and its administration, nothing else. Do not probe its security, disrupt the service or upload content you have no right to use.
Your content
Courses, logos and branding stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to host and display them to your learners, which ends when you remove them or leave the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice before meaningful changes. Maintenance windows and the occasional fault are a fact of software; we fix problems as fast as we reasonably can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Capability X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.
